Beginning Monday, Sept. 19, Batavia’s Utility Billing offices will be on the first floor of City Hall, 100 N. Island Ave. Their hours remain the same: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday-Friday. Visitors should use the southwest entrance to access the office. Utility Billing offers several ways to pay your bill without the trek downtown, including direct payment, online payments, and mail.
