The City of Batavia Budgets are approved each year by the City Council. The Budget Year begins on January 1.

The city moved to an online platform for budget presentation with the 2022 budget. The online version allows the reader to easily go to the sections they are interested in viewing. The city is also providing a PDF of all budgets. PDF versions after 2023 provide a separate Capital Improvements Plan. Beginning in 2023, the PDF documents have a table of contents that can be opened and used to access the specific sections of the budget.
