Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans

Based on new regulations by the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency all active Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPP) must be able to be viewed on a public forum. All public projects that the City of Batavia are involved in that require a Notice of Intent (NOI) for construction will be listed.
